WHAT IS ANDY’S MAN CLUB? (AND WHY WE’RE HOSTING THIS THURSDAY!) ☕💬

If you’ve missed our recent posts, this Thursday, 10th September (10:00 AM – 12:00 PM), The Kings Head is hosting a Brew & Breakfast Morning in aid of ANDYSMANCLUB for World Su***de Prevention Day.

We wanted to share a quick reminder of what this incredible charity is all about and how they support men across our local region.

Who Are ANDYSMANCLUB?
ANDYSMANCLUB is a male su***de prevention charity running free peer-to-peer support groups across the UK. They were formed to break the stigma around men’s mental health and give men a safe, open space to talk.

🗓️ When: Every Monday at 7:00 PM (except bank holidays).

🪑 How It Works: Completely free, no registration, no referral needed, and no waiting lists. You can just walk through the door (the hot drinks and biscuits are on them!).

🔞 Who: Open to any man aged 18 and over.

Where Are Our Nearest Groups?
If you or someone you know could benefit from attending a session, local groups run every Monday night nearby in:

📍 Brampton

A massive thank you to our wonderful local Allendale Co-op! 💛

We were blown away by their incredible kindness today—they unexpectedly offered a generous donation to help towards our upcoming event. A huge shoutout to the fantastic team there; their constant warmth, community spirit, and willingness to support local causes truly mean the world to us.

Moments like this remind us what an amazing place Allendale is to live and work. We see this generosity every single day, and it’s what makes our town such a caring, tight-knit community we feel so lucky to be part of.
