I can’t really explain how lovely it feels to receive such positive feedback. I admit, I’m a people pleaser by nature but I can’t help it - I get such a buzz from our guests having a great time! I think what it comes down to is I like to make people feel how I’d like to feel if I was on holiday 😊 special and like they are home away from home - hope that makes sense 😊

Looks tasty! Great friendly staff in Santiago’s and amazing wine and cocktail choice 😍 they are located in St James Place near the harbour ⛵️

Phwoar 😋 You guys were loving the steak this evening! Our Santiago's Surf and Turf features three big, fat, juicy crevettes pan fried in a garlic parsley butter sat on a melt in the mouth rump pave steak..

Our new Rodeo Steak, marinated in kickin' spices, was flying out the kitchen too! Served with homemade Chimmichuri and Aioli..🥩
