More accolades for North Devon's glorious beaches! 😍

North Devon is riding high in new research revealing Britain’s best surfing beaches!

Woolacombe has been ranked second in Britain, with an impressive 440 five-star Tripadvisor reviews mentioning surfing, while Croyde has also secured a place in the top five. In fact, all five of the highest-ranked qualifying beaches are located in Devon and Cornwall.

With autumn swells arriving and the busy summer crowds beginning to ease, it is a brilliant time to discover why the South West is one of Britain’s leading surfing destinations.

Last month we introduced you to Eddie our orphan Dexter calf, the newest arrival at Lower Campscott. We thought it was about time for an update - he's taken to bottle feeding brilliantly and is thriving in his new field. It won't be too long now before he can be weaned and put on solid food, though hopefully that will be pellets and not my trousers!
