⚠️💨 Unfortunately, due to the adverse weather conditions, we have made the decision to cancel today’s Wedding Fayre.
We apologise for any inconvenience or disappointment this may cause.

Although the fayre will no longer be going ahead as planned, our wedding suite will still be set up, and our wedding team will be available should you wish to visit the venue, take a look around or ask any questions about your special day. Unfortunately, we will not have any exhibitors in attendance, as many are unable to travel to us safely due to the weather.

Thank you for your understanding, and we hope to welcome you to The Gailes soon.

👨‍🍳 Meet Paul, our Head Chef at The Gailes!

It's , so we're taking the opportunity to introduce you to Paul, the man behind the kitchen at our Coast Restaurant! 🍽️

With 26 years of experience in hospitality, Paul is no stranger to the kitchen! His journey with SimpsInns began around eight years ago at our sister hotel, The Waterside, where he worked as a Support Head Chef. He has recently rejoined the SimpsInns family as Head Chef at The Gailes.

Outside the kitchen, Paul is just as passionate about giving back to the community, having volunteered with the RNLI (Royal National Lifeboat Institution) for an incredible 12 years! 🌊

A big thank you to Paul for all his hard work and dedication, both in and out of the kitchen! 👏
