👩‍🍳 Meet Margaret, better known as Mags, our Head Chef at The Loans Inn!

To celebrate , we're introducing you to Mags, who brings her passion and expertise to our kitchen here at The Loans! 🍽️

Specialising in pastry, Mags joined the SimpsInns family six years ago as Sous Chef at The Gailes, before moving to The Loans, where she quickly progressed to Head Chef!

Passionate about the culinary industry, Mags is keen to encourage more women to pursue a career in the kitchen and follow in her footsteps. 👩‍🍳

And her love for baking doesn't stop when she clocks off! In her spare time, Mags puts her pastry skills to good use, creating beautiful wedding and birthday cakes for family and friends. 🎂

A big thank you to Mags for all her hard work, passion and dedication! 👏

Meet our Team Member of the Month, Keir! 🌟

Keir has shown fantastic initiative and willingness to learn, progressing from working on the pass to helping behind the bar and looking after sections on the floor.

Always happy to lend a hand, Keir regularly picks up extra shifts and supports our teams across other venues. He's even been known to help out in The Loans kitchen, from washing dishes to making desserts!

His hard work, flexibility and positive attitude make him a real asset to the team.
