🏡 A peaceful Lake District holiday base – available now near Kendal

Our fully furnished two-bedroom static caravan is available for short-term holiday stays at Natland Caravan Park.

£1,050 per month, including:
✅ £50 monthly electricity allowance
✅ Your first 47kg gas bottle
✅ Free Wi-Fi and water

With gas central heating, double glazing, a comfortable lounge, equipped kitchen, shower room and parking, it’s a welcoming base for exploring Kendal and the Lake District.

Security deposit: £200
Second gas bottle: £95
Total: £1,345

⚡ Electricity is metered. Usage above the £50 monthly allowance is charged separately at the tariff supplied before booking.

🔥 One initial gas bottle is included per booking. A second bottle must be purchased on arrival so there is one in use and one spare. Empty bottles must be replaced promptly; replacements currently cost £95 per 47kg bottle. Please budget for increased gas usage during colder weather.

Stays must comply with our holiday licence and park opening season. This is not long-term residential accommodation and cannot be your main or permanent home. Guests must maintain a main residence elsewhere. All bookings are subject to agreed dates and a signed holiday Licence to Occupy.
