Regrowth on Hanter hill after the summer fires 🔥

Such a beautiful time of year for walking. We still have availability until the end of October. Bring your walking boots, bring your dog, and stay in the heart of this amazing countryside.

Shame on booking com for not pulling this 1* review from our profile. It is so obviously not written about us ( when have we ever charged for parking ??) but apparently it meets their guidelines so the AI bot says it stays.

The Kington Autumn Walking Festival is open for bookings and there are plenty of places on all walks. This post is late due to ridiculous issues with Meta with our Facebook account.
There are walks from 2-13 miles covering historical, botanical, geological subjects and even a walk celebrating the 90th anniversary of the Trig Pillar.
We also have our usual events with our casserole evening, a Drovers Talk and the amazing Wh***ey River Quartet.

And on the same theme, this is the changes to the dining room. Seating for 30 people plus comfy sofas.

Looking back at the changes we’ve made to the place in the last 2 years. Kitchen still has 3 microwaves, 2 cookers, 3 sinks, 2 fridge freezers and all the utensils you may need though. Self cater while you’re here or eat out at one of many wonderful pubs and restaurants in Kington.

I'm taking a photo of Bullocks Mill bridge every week this year. The difference between last week's and today's is amazing. Spring has truly sprung 🌿☀️😊
