Excited about the new menu at The Daffodil 😋

💥 After all the amazing feedback & the huge success of our beefy menu, we have now incorporated everything into a single menu. We’ve made some changes & added some new exciting dishes 😊🤌🏼💥

Lots of birds feeding chicks this week so the bird hide has been super busy when we put the live mealworms out! You can see more about the hide and how to book here: https://mistyheights.co.uk

🖤Did you know that here in the Cambrian Mountains, we have some of the darkest skies in Europe.
🌌 Even here on the hillside above Lampeter the skies are dark enough to see a million stars and even the Milky Way. These pictures were all taken around the cottages and Picnic Meadow.
✨For me, stargazing is awe-inspiring, calming and uplifting all at the same time. Come and stay with us for cosy evenings, quiet countryside, and skies full of stars waiting just outside your door.

🏡We love a slow morning up here on the hillside.
Watching the sunshine burn through the early mist.
Seeing the willow fluff floating down like tiny snowflakes outside Woodpecker Cottage.
Noticing the fresh new green leaves and tiny flowers on the Beech trees.
Admiring the blossom while listening to the Chiffchaff’s song.
Marvelling at the pond-wrigglers and my freshly-emerged mason bees in the greenhouse.
💚Bliss!
Come and have your own slow morning at Coedmor Cottages this year 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 https://www.coedmorcottages.co.uk
