STAFF IN PROFILE!
This week, we're getting to know our very own Head Chef Craig!
He's the man behind so many of your favourite Heifer dishes, but what's he like when he swaps his chef whites for a day off? We asked him a few questions, and let's just say... some of his answers had us laughing!
What did you want to be when you grew up?
"A Thundercat!"
Well, we suppose Head Chef is the next best thing.
Have you got any pets?
"A little dog called Bonnie, a big cat called Bertie and a corn snake called Nigel... although we're not entirely sure where Nigel is. We think he might have escaped into the attic!"
Erm... CRAIG?! Has anyone checked the attic lately?!
If you could get rid of one job at work, what would it be?
"Bank Holiday orders, especially Christmas! Getting everything spot on is a nightmare and very stressful!"
Even our Head Chef doesn't have enough hours in the day at Christmas!
If you could introduce one ridiculous new Heifer rule, what would it be?
"Finish Sunday service at 4pm, close for the evening so the kitchen can have a deep clean... and maybe a cheeky few pints afterwards!"
We see what you're doing there, Craig!
What's your favourite way to spend a day off?
"Going out for lunch or dinner at local restaurants with my wonderful wife."
Even on his days off, it's all about the food!
What's your hidden talent outside of the kitchen?
"I get a lot of positive feedback on my BBQ days down by the river on a lovely sunny day!"

From creating incredible dishes in the Heifer kitchen to cooking up a storm by the river, it's safe to say food is never far from his mind!
And if anyone happens to spot a corn snake called Nigel wandering around the Dales... you know who to call!
