We can’t wait for our Thanksgiving feast in the charming surroundings of Brasserie Max. Start with our ‘autumn in Kentucky’ bourbon cocktail, before tucking into American favourites of cheddar and green chilli cornbread with maple butter, New England clam and sweetcorn chowder, BBQ bourbon pork ribs or shrimp avocado and lobster cocktail. For mains, choose from the classic roast Bronze turkey with stuffing, gravy and cranberry sauce or opt for Delmonico steak, hasselback butternut squash or grilled salmon with lemon dill sauce. Finish on a sweet note with pumpkin pie, pecan maple tart or key lime pie. Served on Thursday 26th November from 12.30pm to 10.30pm and available to book through the link in our profile.
