Negroni Week calls for one thing: a proper Negroni.

So we asked Poppy, one of our mixologists at The Athenaeum, behind the bar as she made ours.

It starts with a chilled glass, our own Athenaeum Gin inspired by the Living Wall, and fresh orange and lemon from Watts Farms. And if you ask Poppy what to have with it, she’ll point you towards the charcuterie board or baked Camembert at 116.
