Find Your Fit Social
Move Better, Feel Better: Understanding Stretch and Mobility
Wednesday 10th June 13:30 and 19:00

This workshop focuses on the importance of stretching and mobility exercises for improving physical health, movement quality, injury prevention, posture, and overall well-being. Mobility has been found to be a key ingredient to aging well.

We will focus on:
The difference between stretching and mobility.
How the body moves efficiently.
Techniques to improve flexibility and joint function.
Safe daily movement practices.

This session is then followed up with a practical workshop Mad About Mobility on 24th June 13.30pm.
This will provide the opportunity to put what you have learned into practise straight away.
Places are limited £6 pp and open to non members.
