Badgells Wood is an off-grid camping experience in unspoilt ancient woodland...bring your children and let them run wild!

Campfires, dog-friendly and secluded pitches under the trees. We're rustic but with just enough creature comforts like hot running water, showers and a shop for those essentials. If you need more entertainment than playing in the woods, there's bushcraft courses and walks to local pubs or the farm shop for locally reared meat.

Apologies to anyone who was planning to join our Hallowe'en celebrations at Badgells Wood this Saturday. Unfortunately Storm Austen has put paid to those plans 😭

The good news...we're moving the fun to Saturday 31st instead! Expect 🎃 pumpkin carving and kids' activities during the day, followed by a showing of Casper 👻 and delicious pizzas from .buoys 🍕

If there's enough interest, we'll follow with an adults-only scary film later in the evening 🔪 Let us know in the comments if you're in, and what we should show!

Single night bookings are still available on the weekend of 30th/31st, so why not make a night of it? 🏕️

As the nights draw in and spooky season approaches, we thought, how much fun would it be to watch the scariest-of-scary-movies in amongst the shadowy trees and cobwebs?!
