👋 Meet Paul Salt, our Park Manager at New Romney Holiday Park!
With more than 30 years’ experience working alongside The Family Parks Group, Park Manager Paul Salt brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to New Romney Holiday Park.
Over the years, Paul has worked closely with the Group’s owner across several well-known holiday destinations, including Cinque Ports and Coghurst Hall in East Sussex, as well as The Hop Farm in Kent, before going on to manage larger holiday parks further afield.
Today, Paul is proud to be at the helm of New Romney Holiday Park, one of the most successful parks within The Family Parks Group portfolio. What he enjoys most, however, is the strong sense of community that has developed on park and working alongside a close-knit team who genuinely know and care about their owners and guests.
Offering holiday home ownership alongside touring and camping, New Romney has become a firm favourite for those returning to the Kent coast year after year. Paul is also very much involved in the park’s busy calendar of events, helping to create the social atmosphere and memorable occasions that bring owners and holidaymakers together throughout the season.
After more than three decades in the holiday park industry, it’s that combination of great people, a welcoming community and seeing familiar faces return each year that continues to make the job so rewarding for Paul. If you spot him on park, be sure to say hello! 😊
