On Monday 29 June, Liz Dando will be taking on her 8-fitness challenge Octathlon in one day at Atlantic Reach in memory of her mum, Bea, raising funds for the Butterfly Cornwall Fund supporting palliative and end-of-life care.

Each challenge represents one of the 8 days Liz’s mum spent in hospital in her final days ❤️

💥 The challenge includes:

🚴‍♀️ Over 12 miles of road cycling
🏊‍♀️ 1 mile pool swim
❄️ Ice bath plunge
💪 Strength & Conditioning
🧘 Pilates
🌊 Sea swim at Porth Beach
🏋️‍♀️ Gym session
💦 Aqua class

🎟️ Raffle tickets available on the day (29th June) in the café, from 8am–8pm via cash or bank transfer

Poppy season is almost here 🌺

One of Cornwall's most beautiful early summer sights is about to burst into colour as the famous poppy fields around Crantock begin to bloom.
