With the pace of life slightly slower since the schools went back, it feels like a natural conclusion to the summer season. Thinking of pace, Today the Round Norfolk Relay takes place - an event which raises money for charity and teams of 17 runners race the boundaries of Norfolk over 24 hours ( yes it is already underway!). An infamous leg is Cromer - Mundesley, though not a long leg it packs the punches on elevation. Keep your eyes open for runners along the promenade and up at the lighthouse and please give them some support ! Brad Damms
