🌊 Join the Great British Beach Clean 2026 🌊

From 18 to 27 September, thousands of volunteers will come together for the UK's biggest beach clean and citizen science event.

By taking part, you'll help remove litter from our coastline while collecting valuable data that supports marine conservation and helps tackle pollution.

Here on the English Riviera UNESCO Global Geopark, every piece of litter collected helps protect our stunning coastline, wildlife and natural heritage.

Love at the spinning wheel

❤️ A VERY SPECIAL SPINNING WHEEL LOVE STORY! ❤️

A huge congratulations to Ian & Eileen, who first met here at The Spinning Wheel 50 YEARS AGO while on holiday! 🥰🍻

Fast forward half a century, and they’ve come back to where it all began to relive the memories and revisit the place where their story started. ❤️

And to make the trip even more special, we even played Elton John & Kiki Dee – “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart” for them, bringing back even more memories from all those years ago! 🎶❤️

How amazing is that?! 50 years of memories, and The Spinning Wheel still holds a special place in their hearts. 🥂
