The Flete Estate in South Devon is the most spectacular setting for a holiday by the sea. Most are within 5 minutes drive of the unspoilt Erme estuary.
(201)

It is an area of outstanding natural beauty and we have 10 self catering holiday cottages available to rent to allow you rest and relax. The self catering cottages include a mill cottage, a row of coastguards cottages right above the beach, a gamekeepers cottage in the woods, and a Grade II listed house sleeping 18, and all welcome dogs. Safe sandy beaches with gentle surf and the South West Coastal footpath are on our doorstep. Although much of the estate and beaches are mobile signal free, the holiday cottages all offer free WIFI. You can enjoy a variety of outdoor activities from leisurely walks to exhilarating horse rides without even leaving the Estate.

A little autumn sunshine ☀️🍂

Warm sunshine, golden light and a beautiful empty beach — the perfect reminder that Devon is just as magical in autumn. 🌊🤎

There’s something special about having the beach almost all to yourself, with crisp sea air and a little extra time to slow down, unwind and enjoy the moment. 🌿✨

✨ We’re so excited to announce that the NEW Sense & Sensibility film was filmed on the estate once again! ✨
This time, on the beautiful Mothecombe Beach

It’s a real honour and pleasure to welcome the Sense & Sensibility team back to the estate. Their connection with us goes all the way back to 1995, when the original film was filmed at Efford House.

We can’t wait to see Mothecombe Beach on the big screen! ❤️
🎬 Make sure you watch it at the cinema!
