🌿 Letting the vegetables shine 🌿
No fake meat, no shortcuts — just honest, beautiful produce cooked with care. I’ve always loved ratatouille, and this dish brings all those rich, sun‑soaked flavours together in a way that feels both nostalgic and elevated.
