An interesting proposal. Is anything better than an empty unit?

Proposals for a new 24 hour gym at the North Norfolk Retail Park have proved controversial.

Planned to be located at the old Original Factory Shop in one of three empty units after Argos relocated and Halfords planned closure.

National Leeds-based group Puregym have over 450 locations in the UK and need permission to change the use and opening hours.

There has been much debate about the huge consequences of the unstoppable march of AI with one aspect being the threat to graphic design roles as the likes of GPT enable everyone to be a designer.

This promotional poster of Cromer took literally less than a minute to produce on GPT, but does that show? It sort of gets the gist but the images are very inaccurate.

The problem is when all your competitors do just the same.
