Meet one of our chefs Tom who is another training apprentice who has excelled in our kitchen and is currently on the way to become a chef de Partie 🧑🏻‍🍳

Tom has been with us for 2 years now after transferring from another St Austell pub. He’s a massive part of our kitchen team and is very popular with the locals ☺️

His speciality is fresh pasta dishes and his favourite after work pint is a Guinness 🍻

Sometimes it takes a while 😅

Especially with our new menu figuring out where new dishes like our Shepherds Pie 🥧 or our winter spritz’s like the Ruby Hugo 🍒 are on the till takes us a bit longer 🤭

If you want a less formal restaurant setting for dinner help yourself to a table and order at the bar 😆

We know our fellow hospitality workers relate to this one 🙌
