Sleeps 6. Many original features blend with modern amenities making Coble unique Price dependent upon occupancy, number of nights and season.

This charming 18th Century Grade II listed fisherman's cottage holds an enviable position, set back from the harbour, with sea views, yet only 50 yds from the beach and pub.

A great many thanks to our local decorator, Nick Dudding, for his fantastic external work on Coble Cottage, not forgetting Jason Micallef for fitting our new front door canopy which eventually received its top coat.

We had a little visitor today. A keen eyed lady opposite contacted us to say she'd spotted a little bird fluttering inside our top window. Thank you to Darren Hanson for finding the little Swift having a kip on our bed and releasing it safely. Perhaps it got sick of the weather last night and slipped in through a slightly ajar window or it cracked the key safe. It was very tidy and left no mess at all. I'm sure it will be keen to migrate. Happy ending ❤️

Many thanks to Keith Robson for sending this fabulous drawing of our front door at Staithes Festival of Heritage and Arts 2023. Much appreciated.
A black cat is fine, we're not superstitious, didn't spot it though.

We just had our own fantastic week in Coble Cottage. The carpets and oven have been professionally cleaned, stove repainted Charcoal Grey and Sharon has repainted the front door in a rather lovely Three Farm Green. The Blue Moon over Staithes was also spectacular. Hope you like it.
