🏰 FUN FACT FRIDAY 🏰

After the fire, Broomhall lay as a ruin for decades and became a favourite haunt for local children. Dark, muddy and overgrown, it was likened to a horror-movie set (especially in a thunderstorm), and at one point a tree was growing out of the top of one of the turrets. 🌳👻

Happy Halloween weekend from the castle!

Scotland’s favourite pie, but make it loaded 🥧🍟

Meet our Signature Steak Pie Loaded Fries: tender chunks of slow-cooked steak in rich gravy, piled onto a heap of fries and topped with a golden puff pastry lid.

It’s proper comfort food for these dark October nights, and it’s just £7.50 from The Bar menu here at Broomhall Castle.

Grab a seat by the bar, order a pint, and let the pastry do the talking. 🍺

🏰 FUN FACT FRIDAY 🏰

Broomhall sits on the edge of the Ochil Hills and rises three storeys plus a tower.

That’s high enough for lovely views out across the Forth valley. Dumyat, one of the area’s best-loved hill walks, is right on our doorstep 🥾
