Unfortunately we don’t accept dogs however, if you need a dog fix when staying with us, guests are most welcome to join our hound hike through the many local forest trails 💕🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

My old army motto was useful for bringing in the Herdie flock this morning

Fail to prepare
Prepare to fail

I had a small weather window to bring them into the barn before the next big rainfall

Bringing soaking wet sheep inside can be dangerous… they can get pneumonia

Thankfully they were just a bit damp so will dry out before shearing on Sunday 👌

I’m now doing a happy dance as it was fairly easy avoiding the cows since they took the high road and we took the low road 🙏
