We're thrilled to share that The Tawny has been shortlisted in two categories at the Boutique Hotelier Awards 2026: Restaurant of the Year and Sustainability Champion.

It's been a season to remember for The Plumicorn, our restaurant, recently awarded three AA Rosettes for the quality and creativity behind every dish. That same care runs right through the estate, nowhere more so than in how we think about sustainability, now stronger than ever with our solar panels up and running. A mission led by our General Manager, Josh Chadwick, spanning everything from clean energy to sourcing locally, growing our own produce and minimising waste wherever we can.
