Hidden behind the ferns, one of our holiday home owners captured this fantastic shot of a heron on the riverbank at Harford Bridge Park. It really feels like we've sneaked up on him without him noticing! 🌿📸

What a wonderful weekend here at Harford Bridge Park! ☀️

We were treated to beautiful weather, lovely guests, and plenty of wagging tails from some very sweet dogs. It's weekends like these that remind us what a special place this is.

Thank you to everyone who visited and helped create such a relaxed and happy atmosphere. We hope you enjoyed your stay as much as we enjoyed having you here!

Venturesome John started the next leg of 'EuroVelo 1' from Harford this morning. After overnighting, fixing a flat tyre, and getting a battery top-up he should by now be in North Devon a c. 50 mile leg.

The Atlantic Coast route looks like an epic challenge! He told us he previously completed the Portugal-Spain-France bit, and this is the next phase of his adventure. Find out more at https://en.eurovelo.com/ev1- all cyclists welcome Harford Bridge Park we're on National Cycle Route 27!
