Pat and Jack see them as part of the adventure! 😂🐾

A muddy walk, wagging tails and two very happy faces. Safe to say these two made the most of today’s weather.

One of the best things about staying at Bridge End Cottage is having beautiful countryside walks right on your doorstep.

✨ A Special Night for Robson Green Fans in Northumberland ✨We love seeing Robson celebrating the North East - and this one feels extra special. Robson will be officially launching a brand‑new stargazing experience at the Twice Brewed Inn on Sunday 31 May, right in the heart of Northumberland’s incredible Dark Sky Park.

Developed by Kielder Observatory, the new site brings together a planetarium, observatory and state‑of‑the‑art telescopes, giving visitors the chance to experience some of the darkest and most beautiful skies in England - just a stone’s throw from Hadrian’s Wall.

Robson has spoken beautifully about how Northumberland’s skies make you pause, reflect, and feel connected to something bigger - and it’s wonderful to see Robson Green supporting a project that showcases the region’s natural magic and inspires people of all ages.

One of the Girls of Wallington ❤️

This is the story of my Nana, Rita Ridley.

In 1939, as part of Operation Pied Piper, she was evacuated from Newcastle to Wallington Hall, Northumberland, where she spent her wartime childhood alongside other young girls who became lifelong friends.

Through photographs, newspaper articles, family memories and visits back to Wallington with the next generations, her story continues to live on.

A journey that began with a small suitcase and a gas mask became a lifetime of memories, friendship and resilience.

Never forgotten. ❤️
