The olive harvest has begun at Villa Tolomei 🫒
We spread nets beneath the trees, gather the olives using harvesting rakes, hand rakes and ladders, and place them in crates, ready for the olive mill.

Our extra virgin olive oil is made from the olives of our own grove. You'll find it in the dishes at our restaurant, and you can also buy a bottle to take home: just ask our staff!
