Guests can enjoy a simple but delicious breakfast, and experience hospitality interpreted as an indescribable feeling, a lifestyle, and a disposition to welcome people to their home with open arms. Everything in this B&B was made for blissful relaxation.

Casa al Sole isn't just a project for us: we actually live right upstairs on the top floor :) That’s why every single piece of furniture, every vintage armchair, and every material was personally curated by the two of us with extreme care.

We wanted to create a space that feels deeply personal, warm, and true to who we are.

Our bar is officially open! For the warm, sunny afternoons, our outdoor terrace is waiting for you. And for those chillier June evenings, we just bring the coziness inside.

Come by for delicious afternoon snacks and drinks, featuring a selection of natural wines and local products hand-picked by Manuel.

Open from 4 PM to 8 PM (we rest on Tuesdays).

The natural wines and craft beers in our guest fridge aren’t here because they are a trend. They are here because they represent Manuel’s deep agricultural philosophy: a decade-long obsession with "true and deep" flavors :)

Manuel brings a world of international high-hospitality culture to Casa al Sole. After years spent as a Maître and Michelin-starred Sommelier (including at La Perla in the Dolomites and abroad in Switzerland and New Zealand), he decided to curate a space that reflects his own passions: the mountains, ski touring, biking, and, above all, the pursuit of authentic taste.
