La masseria si racconta per frammenti. Una curva di pietra, un'ombra sulla ghiaia, il verde che tiene testa al bianco. Si trovano camminando, senza cercarli.

The masseria tells itself in fragments. A curve of stone, a shadow on the gravel, green holding its own against white. You find them while walking, without looking.

Ogni nome viene da una vigna che sta a pochi chilometri da qui, coltivata da chi conosce questa terra da sempre.
Nelle nostre degustazioni quei vini arrivano in tavola, con gli abbinamenti che nascono nella nostra cucina.
Non serve saperlo. Serve solo il tempo di gustarlo piano.

Five suites, five grape varieties.
Each name comes from a vineyard a few kilometres from here, tended by those who have always known this land.
In our tastings those wines come to the table, with pairings born in our kitchen.
