🍂🍁Autumn is one of the most enchanting seasons in Chianti.
The countryside is dressed in warm hues, slowly revealed through the soft morning mist. Time seems to slow down, and tranquillity once again settles over these places. Silence and a sense of fulfilment 🤍
🫒🫒It is the season of the olive harvest, an ancient ritual that brings together hands and gestures, hard work and a spirit of sharing. From dawn until dusk, day after day, our patient hands gently comb through the branches, gathering their precious fruits in a rhythm that follows the natural pace of the land.
🥖🫒And then comes the most eagerly awaited moment: a slice of freshly toasted bread, rubbed with garlic, sprinkled with a pinch of salt and drizzled with freshly pressed new olive oil.
A simple gesture, yet extraordinary. The authentic taste of the land, the reward for such dedication, the pure joy of the senses 😇
