Set in the charming village of Combloux, just a few minutes from Megève, this exceptional chalet combines traditional Alpine architecture with a much more contemporary sense of space and comfort.
The main living area is arranged around soaring double-height ceilings, exposed beams, reclaimed timber and an elegant fireplace. The atmosphere is warm without feeling rustic, with generous sofas, a refined dining area and a modern open kitchen designed for long evenings with family and friends. A second mezzanine lounge adds another quiet corner, while the large terrace makes the most of the spectacular outlook towards Mont Blanc.
The private spa occupies its own level and is one of the chalet’s strongest features. Guests have an indoor heated swimming pool, sunken whirlpool bath, sauna, hammam and massage room, as well as a fully equipped gym one floor below.
There is also plenty to do when the skis come off: a private cinema, billiards, arcade games and table tennis.
The chalet offers seven bedrooms for 12–15 guests. The master suite has its own dressing room and en-suite shower room, five further double bedrooms each have private bathrooms, and the top floor includes a charming mezzanine sleeping area with three single beds.
For complete comfort, the chalet also features a ski room with heated boot warmers, laundry facilities, a garage and covered parking for up to five cars, as well as a lift serving all floors.
The location is equally strong. The Princesse ski lift is only a few minutes away, giving direct access to the slopes of Mont d’Arbois, Rochebrune and Saint-Gervais. The Bûcher lift is around 600 m away, and experienced skiers can return close to the chalet via the red Pirlson piste. The boutiques, restaurants and atmosphere of Megève are approximately 10 minutes away by car.
The chalet is offered with full service, including a private chef, butler, daily housekeeping and in-resort driver service. Breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner are included in the service package; food and drinks are charged separately.
Also included are concierge assistance, midweek linen change, bathrobes and slippers, luxury bathroom amenities, fresh flowers, firewood, final cleaning, and a gourmet welcome basket with Champagne on arrival.
Additional services such as airport transfers, ski passes, private instructors and guides, in-chalet massage and beauty treatments, personal training, restaurant reservations, wine and Champagne selections, and ski equipment can all be arranged on request.
