📢 **IMPORTANT NOTICE: Xoti Villa Pricing Update Effective October 2026**
Dear Valued Guests,
We would like to inform you of some updates to our pricing structure, effective from **1 October 2026**.
🏡 **Accommodation Bookings**
To simplify our booking process, Xoti Villa will no longer charge per person or per room. Instead, the entire villa will be available at a flat rate of:
**M3,000 per night for exclusive use of the house (1-6 guests).**
This means you and your group will enjoy full access to the villa for one straightforward price.
🎉 **Outdoor Events & Parties**
Guests wishing to host outdoor parties or events at the villa will be charged an additional:
**M2,000 event fee**
🏠 **Indoor Gatherings**
For accommodation bookings that include indoor gatherings with attendees who are **not part of the booked overnight guest count**, an additional event charge will apply. This fee will be determined based on the size and nature of the gathering and must be disclosed at the time of booking.
These changes are intended to simplify bookings and help us continue providing a high-quality experience for all our guests.
