Some names you never knew, yet their work has been with you all your life. ✍🏼

Jip and Janneke. Pluk van de Petteflet. Drawn by one woman, Fiep Westendorp, whose simple lines somehow managed to capture an entire world. The Rijksmuseum has brought together over 150 of her original drawings, from early sketches full of hesitation and curiosity, to the iconic illustrations that have stayed with generations long after childhood. 🎨

Just five minutes from the hotel, you'll find yourself standing in front of the drawings that shaped so many stories. A quiet room, a pencil line, and suddenly everything comes back.
