Today is the first day of the whitebaiting season, so I had to go down and have a go as has been my tradition for the past 7 seasons. The only problem is we've sold our nets as we should have moved out 2 weeks ago. Thought I'd improvise and use a chinois, and all I got was wet 🤣. I can confirm the water is extremely cold.
