Nelson born and bred , My family have owned a holiday home in Kaiteriteri for 60+ years as have extended Family. My background is in Insurance (10 years ) and Property Management (20years) , having been a Property Manager/Area Manager with portfolio of 80+ properties for the past 15 years locally in Richmond /Mapua . Have managed our Family holiday home n Kaiteri for 7 Years . I am offering local knowledge , expertise in property Manager and personally managing all areas of your property myself .

Inlet Holiday Homes & Apartments is looking for a reliable cleaner to join our friendly team for the busy holiday season.
✨ Late November – End of April
🕙 Hours: 9:45 am – 2:00 pm
🏠 Cleaning and preparing our portfolio of 20 holiday homes and apartments
We're looking for someone who is:
✔ Reliable & punctual
✔ Honest & trustworthy
✔ Takes pride in high cleaning standards
✔ Friendly with guests
✔ Flexible and available to be called in when required
You'll receive your roster one month in advance (work available 7 days a week depending on bookings) and will be joining our supportive team of three experienced staff.

Had a lovely stay here, adequate size of property for 2 people, located in a perfect area of Little Kaiteriteri/short walk to Kaiteriteri, and easy travelling distance to Motueka, Mapua, Richmond & Nelson or over to Takaka/Golden Bay. The host was very thoughtful and cant do enough to make your stay a happy one, thank you! I will definitely be back here for a longer stay next time 👍 See

This is why we do what we do 🙏👏🥹🏖️☀️

Review: I had an amazing 4 nights stay at this apartment. It's spacious and light-filled and has absolutely everything you need. I love the large windows and the sliding door to the balcony. It is in a very quiet and peaceful location within minutes to the beautiful Little Kaiteriteri beach. I was able to see the sunrise and moonrise over the sea, and waking up hearing nothing but the waves and the bird songs is something that I will miss for sure! Nicki is sooo kind and friendly, allowing flexible check-in and check-out as I was arriving early in the morning and departing late in the afternoon with the Better Bus. One morning I stupidly locked myself out of the flat right before my water taxi, but Nicki came to my rescue quickly and I managed to make my boat thanks to her help! I highly recommend basing yourself here if you're visiting the beautiful Abel. Tasman .
