A New Zealand culinary showcase is heading to Hong Kong.

For four exceptional nights, Chef Paul Froggatt of Essence by ROKI Collection Queenstown will join Chef Uwe Opocensky at Restaurant Pétrus, Island Shangri-La Hong Kong, for an exclusive collaboration celebrating the very best of New Zealand produce and international culinary craftsmanship.

Bringing together two MICHELIN-awarded restaurants, the collaboration unites the culinary teams behind New Zealand's only Two MICHELIN Star restaurant, Essence by ROKI Collection Queenstown, and the MICHELIN-starred Pétrus, for a unique dining experience that bridges New Zealand and Hong Kong.

Together, the chefs have created a menu that brings a distinctly New Zealand perspective to Hong Kong, showcasing langoustine and king crab from New Zealand's pristine waters, alongside premium venison from the rugged West Coast of the South Island. Each dish will be complemented by carefully selected New Zealand w**es, highlighting the depth, diversity and character of the country's renowned w**e regions.

Combining Chef Paul's passion for New Zealand ingredients with Chef Uwe's acclaimed culinary expertise, this limited four-night experience is a celebration of provenance, technique and the power of global culinary collaboration.
