Ngatuhoa Lodge is looking for a practical, hardworking and enthusiastic Resident Custodian to join our team!
This is a unique opportunity to live onsite at our remote outdoor education lodge, helping us provide unforgettable experiences for school groups, families and community organisations.

🔨 What we're looking for:
Someone who's hands-on, self-motivated and comfortable tackling everything from property maintenance and groundskeeping to cleaning, hosting guests and supporting outdoor activities.
🧗 Experience in abseiling or outdoor instruction would be a huge advantage! NZOIA qualifications are highly desirable, although we're willing to invest in training the right person.
This role would suit an individual or couple looking for a lifestyle change, who enjoy the outdoors and take pride in looking after a special place.
