We're looking for a Head of Grounds & Maintenance to join our team at The Camp & Cross Hill Lodge & Domes in beautiful Lake Hāwea!
This isn't just mowing lawns... it's helping create unforgettable first impressions for thousands of guests who visit us each year.
If you're someone who notices the little things, enjoys fixing problems before they become big ones, and takes pride in a property looking its absolute best, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing:
⭐️Leading our Grounds & Maintenance team
⭐️Keeping our lawns, gardens and outdoor spaces looking incredible
⭐️General property maintenance and repairs
⭐️Managing rubbish runs, recycling and waste areas across the property
⭐️Looking after vehicles, tools and equipment
⭐️Planning and prioritising weekly maintenance tasks
⭐️Working alongside contractors and other departments
⭐️Keeping our properties safe, welcoming and guest-ready every day
What we're looking for:
🌟A practical, hands-on person who loves working outdoors
🌟Someone who can lead a small team and lead by example
🌟Great problem-solving skills and attention to detail
🌟Maintenance, landscaping or grounds experience (preferred)
🌟A current full driver's licence
