We had to replace the roof over our overwater restaurant, so while we’re at it, we’re reusing as much of the old wood as possible.
Living and working on an island teaches you to make the most of what you have. Resources are precious here, and there’s no reason to throw away good materials.
Regenerative hospitality is about the little things we do every day to take better care of this place we call home. Reusing materials, wasting less, and building with nature in mind.
