Baguio City is about to transform into a sea of colors and rhythms as we hit the highlight of the 30th Panagbenga Festival. Whether you are a local preparing for the crowds or a tourist heading up the zigzag, here is everything you need to know to navigate this year's festivities with ease.

✅ Road Closures: Expect total closure of Session Road, Harrison Road, and Magsaysay Road during the parade mornings (starting as early as 4:00 AM).

✅ For Tourists: We highly recommend arriving on Friday or taking public transport to avoid parking headaches. Once you’re in the C*D, the best way to get around is on foot. Pack comfortable walking shoes.

✅ Local Tip: Residents are encouraged to walk or use public jeepneys via designated diversion routes to help decongest the central business district.
