SOS Children’s Village Cebu is honored to be the chosen beneficiary for Gaisano Country Mall's 33rd Anniversary Fun Run!

Our children, youth, and staff proudly laced up their shoes to join over 3,000 enthusiastic runners, taking on the 6K category alongside those conquering the 12K and 21K routes.

The energy didn't stop at the finish line! After the run, the kids enjoyed some well-deserved, yummy treats and freebies before taking the stage to boost the crowd's energy with a special dance performance. It was also an opportunity for our staff to introduce SOS Children's Village Cebu, sharing our core mission and vision with the wider community.

Thank you to our Gaisano Country Mall family for championing hope with us! It was an inspiring and joyful run with you all.

We’re taking the Digital Village from barangay centers straight to the classrooms! With the generous support of our corporate partner, Wipro Philippines, we are expanding our reach to empower more communities.

We recently celebrated the turnover of a newly renovated ICT room at Tawason National High School, which included 10 working computer sets. It was an important, deeply moving celebration graced by school officials, our SOS Children’s Village Cebu team, and Uncle JV from Wipro Philippines.

During the turnover, ICT Instructor Mr. Michael C. Mingo spoke about the importance of having a space that has been upgraded into a truly conducive, inspiring environment for learning. He beautifully highlighted why this matters: hands-on computer experience is no longer just for schoolwork. It is an essential stepping stone to building digital literacy and preparing the students for the future workforce.

Tawason National High School is only the beginning. We hope to expand the Digital Village to more neighboring schools in need so no student gets left behind in the digital age.
