From one generation to the next, the family’s passion for polo continues.

Part II of Issue 03 turns to Satinder Garcha, following the story from Colonel K. S. Garcha’s celebrated career in India to a new generation on the polo field.

Satinder went on to represent Singapore in the sport, captaining the Singapore National Polo Team to a silver medal at the 2007 SEA Games and continuing a family connection to polo that spans generations and countries.

For the Garcha family, polo is more than a chapter from the past. It is a tradition that continues to be lived.

Across the Bedi and Garcha families, polo has remained a passion carried through generations.

Issue 03 turns to Colonel K. S. Garcha, a five-goal player who captained and coached the Indian National Polo Team and was awarded the prestigious Arjuna Award for excellence in sport.

His years in polo also saw him cross paths with visiting dignitaries in Jaipur, including Prince Charles and Princess Diana.
