Meet , the Chef de Partie delivering the quiet dedication behind outstanding dining experiences at .

A graduate of Asia Pacific University in Penang, Trevor began honing his craft at the prestigious The Fullerton Hotel Singapore under the mentorship of our Head Chef .1119 at The Lighthouse.

During the pandemic, he returned to Malaysia, where he channelled his passion into home-baking, before joining the Italian restaurant In Piazza in 2022. Trevor also brought his expertise to Little Farms as a baker, further deepening his appreciation for quality ingredients and artisanal craftsmanship.

Outside the kitchen, Trevor enjoys training at the gym, exploring nature trails, and spending his downtime following football.

’s Deep Magenta Mirrored captures the artist’s mastery of colour, movement, and precision through cascading bands of poured paint.

The mirrored composition creates a striking balance between symmetry and spontaneity, allowing the saturated magenta tones to unfold with remarkable depth and rhythm.

A leading figure associated with the Young British Artists, Davenport developed his signature “drip” technique through an exploration of gravity and the physical behaviour of paint.

By pouring paint from the top edge of the surface, he transformed a simple process into a refined visual language that has become central to his oeuvre.
