Inside our sound temple.
Sound healing is among the oldest forms of care, a practice of vibration and frequency that reaches the body before it reaches the mind. In a circle, it becomes communal: a stillness shared rather than sought alone.
It’s one of the major practices carrying this year’s programming at Ahãma. The new season opens Monday, April 27, shaped in rotation by visiting practitioners throughout, sound healing alongside yoga, somatic movement, tai chi, sculpt, and a wider reach of healing arts. Among those joining us, and helping shape the season’s arc, is Adrienne Everett.
Adrienne is a former Wall Street professional turned international wellness curator, known globally as Her philosophy merges discipline with devotion. Rooted in balance, intentionality, and holistic refinement, Everett champions wellness as a lifestyle of depth. Details of the season’s calendar to come.
Across every practice and every practitioner, the orientation stays what it has always been at Ahãma, pleasure and wellbeing, never held apart. A way of living we continue this season.
