We just explored some stunning trails nearby, and this brisket and black-eyed peas chili at Bistro Roca in Blowing Rock was the ultimate reward—tender smoked brisket, creamy black-eyed peas, rich chili goodness, topped with sour cream, cheese, and green onions.

Amazing dinner last night at on Main Street in downtown ! The holiday cocktail menu was 👌🏼, mussels w house made baguette did not disappoint and both entrees were incredible! Highly recommend checking it out when you’re in town. Fair warning, it’s on the smaller side so plan ahead (although they do serve dinner at the bar).
