The Inn's gardens are swelling with fruit we'll use all season. We grow several cultivars each of plums, apples. pears, peaches, nectarines, grapes and blueberries along with single cultivars of pomegranates, bananas, and a host of herbs and flowers, to keep us in fresh fruit and blooms from May thru November. First plums just harvested, chefs and bartenders already making use of them. See you for breakfast, brunch and dinner :-)

Cafe Pamlico has one remaining entry level chef role for our 2026 season. The position is ideal for a graduating senior interested in developing a career in our community, a young professional interested in embarking on a new path, or a chef interested in coming to our community who would like to expand their skillset in a professional organization. While culinary school is one pathway to a chef's career, training under experienced chefs at a top ranked restaurant is an equally valid path.
