Wanting to hangout in the beautiful mountains...but not pack meals or sleep on something inflated? We got you - clean, central accomodations - restaurant downstairs.

Oh, and if you do want to sleep under the stars and eat off an outdoor grill - get some fly fishing gear at Palooza first!

Here at Palooza - craft is our cornerstone.
It is the foundation of our philiosophy with creating meals, mixing drinks, and down to the tables you eat at!
These 'sconce tables' are on a bracket welded from a Cascade local welder & a solid slab of Redwood that we stained and epoxied here on site! The sconce light and chairs were repurposed from the restaurant that was here before us-
Even the boxes that carry your utensils were hand built by us!

When you join us for a meal, or a drink - our goal is that you feel the care and purpose that went into crafting a great experience, just for you.
