First of all, THANK YOU to everyone who voted on Facebook and came out to vote in person at our trunk-or-treat! We also want to thank everyone who took the time to paint and submit a pumpkin. We loved seeing all the creativity!

Amanda took the win with her super cute scarecrow pumpkin, earning 170 likes on Facebook!

🏆 In-Person Winner : Alice!
Alice's gumball machine pumpkin won the in-person voting at out trunk-or-treat with 216 votes! She's is taking home our 2026 pumpkin painting contest trophy!

Congratulations to Amanda and Alice, and thank you again to everyone who participated. We can't wait to do it all again next year!

Our favorite time of the year! 🎄❤️

🎄✨ Festival of Trees at Roaring River State Park! ✨🎄

We’re spreading holiday cheer and giving back to local families in need— and we’d love for you to join us!

Businesses, organizations, and individuals are invited to participate in the Festival of Trees by donating new or gently used trees. Each tree will be beautifully displayed and auctioned off, with proceeds going to support local families in need this holiday season.

📍 Roaring River State Park, Emory Melton Inn - Roaring River Adventures
🎁 Donations accepted November 2nd through November 14th just in time for the Holiday Open House! Donated trees may be dropped off at the Emory Melton Inn from 8 am to 8 pm. They can also help decorate them for you if needed.

Not able to donate a tree? You can still make a difference by contributing a monetary donation to help brighten the holidays for those who need it most. Monetary donations may also be accepted thru December18th. Please contact the Cassville Chamber to make arrangements.

Let’s come together to make this season merry, bright, and full of community spirit!

Join us for the Festival of Trees at Roaring River State Park on December 19th to cast your vote on your favorite tree an place your bid and take home a fully decorated tree this holiday season.

We had a BIG weekend here at Roaring River!

We kicked things of Saturday at the Annual Chili & Salsa Cook-Off! We had so much fun setting up, playing games, and handing out chili. And to make it even better we placed 3rd place with our chili! 🏆🌶️

On Sunday we hosted our 2nd Annual Trunk-or-Treat alongside the Cassville Community Collective! We had a great time filling the day with games, treats, and plenty of Halloween fun for the kids! 🎃

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out, participated, decorated their trunks, and helped make these events special. We couldn’t made Trunk-or-Treat happen without all of you!

And we didn’t forgot about the employee pumpkin painting contest! We will be announcing our winners on Halloween! 👻

Thank you to everyone for another fun weekend at Roaring River. We can’t wait to see you all next year!

This year, we decided to have a little fun and let our employees show off their pumpkin painting skills. 🎃🎨

Now we need your help picking a favorite! Our employees have painted their pumpkins, and we’re giving them two chances to win!

You can vote right here on Facebook by liking your favorite pumpkin photo. The pumpkin with the most likes by October 25th at 6pm wins the Facebook contest!

You can also stop by our trunk-or-treat on October 25th from 3pm-5pm to vote in person! Each family gets one bead to place with their favorite pumpkin.

A little extra pride over here at Roaring River for Alvin! 👏
Our very own Alvin was recognized as Employee of the Month for September across the entire company! We’re proud of how much Alvin has grown during his time here at Roaring River. He’s always willing to lend a hand in whatever department needs him and we appreciate how much he does for our team. It’s great to see his hard work recognized. Well deserved Alvin! Thank you for all you do!

Grab your costumes and bring the kiddos to the Emory Melton Inn this Sunday, October 25th from 3–5 PM for Trunk or Treat! We’ll have candy, games, coloring sheets, and booths set up for our guests who are joining in to pass out candy! 🍬
