Birchwood Cottages on Loon Lake Vacation rental home / cabins -- 6 cabins and a 4 bedroom house for rent on Loon Lake in Chestertown Large bathroom with shower.

Cottages and Lodge come furnished with fully equipped kitchens - po ts, pans, dishes, beds, blankets, etc. Renters need to provide linens, food, toilet paper, kitchen/bath towels (all consumables). There is ample parking, and even dock space for your boat at our private beach! We also have a rec room available for all to use with pool table, ping pong, games, etc! ey vary throughout the seasons! Lodging Details:
#1 The Lodge: Sleeps 14 (1 King, 4 Queens, 1 full, 2 twin, and a fold out cot). Three full bathrooms (master has jetted tub and shower, and two regular bathrooms 1 with tub/shower & 1 with shower).

#2 Hillside: Sleeps 4 (one king size bed and futon couch). Two bathrooms with camp showers.

#3 Chester: Sleeps 4+ (two queens, pull out single, and day bed on porch). Two bathrooms with camp showers.

#4 Loon Lookout: Sleeps 5 (one queen, twin bunk over full, day bed on porch). Two bathrooms with camp showers.

#5 Fireside: Sleeps 6 (one queen, 2 twin beds, twin day bed with trundle, day bed on porch). Large bathroom with camp shower.

#6 Lakeview: Sleeps 6 (one queen, 2 twin beds, trundle bed, day bed on the porch). Large bathroom with camp shower.

#7 Adirondack: Sleeps 6 (two queens, futon couch).

LOONS!! I realize I've been MIA for a bit (I'm sorry!) But with a full time job, kids (who play sports), a small business, and life--it's taken up all of my brain space (sure, excuses, excuses). 🤪

BUT, I have a moment of calm right now, and I wanted to get everyone READY. 👏 FOR. 👏 SUMMER! 👏

Here's my standard information post -- and I'm going to promise to try and do better keeping everyone informed of what's up! 👂

✔️ Pat has been super hard at work getting Birchwood ready for everyone...and we are so thankful for him and can't wait for you to spot some improvements on the property! 🛠

✔️ We sent out contracts in **February** - BUT IT APPEARS as though they have gone to spam. If you are coming back the summer of 2025 and you haven't gotten some sort of note / invoice / booking confirmation from me - SEND AN EMAIL! 📩

✔️ Payments are due 90 days before your check-in, so if you are coming sometime before mid-August, reach out to finalize your payments now (we do accept CC or checks)! 💳

✔️ Whether you're dreaming of sunrise coffee on the dock, evening campfires under the stars, or full days of lake adventures, now’s the time to start packing! 🏞⏳

📅 Haven’t booked yet? Limited summer dates are still available – don’t miss your chance to unwind at the lake.
